(1955-2026)John Lee Wacker, 71, passed away Friday, Sept. 11, 2026, in Wilson, Kan. He was born March 9, 1955, in Ellsworth, Kan., to Theodore and Esther (Kratzer) Wacker. John was a 1973 graduate of Ellsworth High School and a U.S. Navy veteran, serving during Vietnam.

(1965-2026)Craig Alan Ramsey, 61, passed away Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026, in Ellsworth County, Kan. He was born Jan. 12, 1965, in Great Bend, Kan., to Wendell and Eleanor (Siewert) Ramsey. Craig married Patricia Nienke in Great Bend on Aug. 16, 1986.

(1939-2026)Ralph Cris Naegele, 86, of Troy, Ohio, passed away June 12, 2026, in Panama City Beach, Fla., where he and his wife were residing.Ralph was born on Sept. 3, 1939, in Ellsworth, Kan., to Cris and Mary (Lundgrin) Naegele.

(1951-2026)Gary Miller, age 74 years of Kanopolis Kan., passed away on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. Gary was born on Nov. 5, 1951, in Kanopolis, Kan., to Stephen E. Miller Jr. and Ima E. Grise. He married the love of his life, Stella Ostrom, on May 25, 1968.

(1946-2026)John Ralph Westerman was born on April 7, 1946, in Ellsworth, Kan., to Ralph and Neva Westerman. He passed away peacefully on July 24, 2026, with his wife Dorothy and daughter Julie at his side.John was the oldest of his parents’ four children and grew up helping on his father’s farm.

(1948-2026)Arleta Ann Manville, 77, of rural Valley Falls and Winchester, Kan., passed away Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2026, at F.W. Huston Medical Center in Winchester. Arleta was born Sept. 20, 1948, in Ellsworth, Kan., the daughter of William and Della Achterberg Lohmann.
