(1965-2026)Charles Albert “Charlie” Ramsey of Salina, Kan., passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at a truck stop in Wellsville, Kan., at the age of 60. He was born in Ellsworth, Kan., the son of Dwayne and Sylvia (Choitz) Ramsey. Charlie was a man of many interests and talents.
