Debra Lynn Coe, 67, passed away Oct. 6, 2021 in Ellsworth. She was born Nov. 25, 1953 in McPherson to Maxine (Polson) and Don R. Sanborn. She graduated from Salina Central High School in 1971. On March 2, 1974 she was united in marriage to Gary Coe in Salina.

Angela Gay Mooneyham, 69, passed away Oct. 3, 2021 in Wichita, Kan. She was born Oct. 9, 1951 in Ellsworth, Kan. to Pauline (LaPierre) and Keith Woodmansee.Angela worked the last 15 years for USD 259 as a special-needs (para) and teacher at Wichita West High school.

James William ‘Jim’ Shriner (1933-2021)

James William “Jim” Shriner, 88, of Geneseo, Kan., passed away Oct. 3, 2021 at Salina Regional Health Center. He was born Jan. 20, 1933 in Geneseo, the son of Nelson E. and Mildred J. Moore Shriner.Jim was a lifelong Geneseo resident. He graduated from Geneseo High School with the class of 1951.

Elmer G. Behrens (1935-2021)

Elmer G. Behrens, 86, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2021, at his home in Lincoln, Kan. He was born Feb. 18, 1935, in Lincoln, to Frank and Hilda (Choitz) Behrens.Elmer married Shirley Ann Lyne in Ellsworth on April 23, 1967. He also served in the United States Army during the Korean War.

Miles Bradford Kennedy (1948-2021)

Miles Bradford Kennedy, 73, passed away at his home Sept. 21, 2021 surrounded by his wife, Joann; daughter, Cheryl; and grandson, Cole. He was born March 22, 1948 in Hartford, Conn. to Donald and Matilda Kennedy.While attending college, Miles chose to enlist in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Marita (Maloney) Beckmeyer, 86, passed away Sunday, Sept. 12, 2021. She was born May 18, 1935 to Edward C. and H. Eilleen (Lawless) Maloney at Newton, Kan.Marita was active at St Mary’s School and Sacred Heart Jr & Sr. High School. She also attended Marymount College of Salina.
